Please help identify Gillette made in England

Rotbart is different, it actually was a full scale factory with its own range of products. Btw there are Rotbarts marked Gillette Germany. To your original question, as I skipped that part, never saw a Gillette stamped oc “Tech” base plate. As the caps were branded, guess they wanted to spare an unneccessary step in the production process.

I did not expect my first vintage razor which I actually bought on occasion to be that unusual.
 
Achim, Do those open comb Techs have the Gillette logo on the bottom plate? I am quite curious, since the Nacet open comb bottom plates don't have the logo.

there is no Gillette Logo on the base plate:
