seeking help identifying a razor

Hi folks. I'm new to razor collecting and new to the forum (first post!).

I recently acquired a razor, with the only identifying feature is a razor. I've been researching extensively on the internet to identify its manufacturer but haven't found one similar.

A photo is attached. Any of you recognize this? I thought maybe it was a Wester Bros, but their anchors are different.

Any assistance would be truly appreciated.

Looks like a remnant of B above the anchor. George Brittain? Could be.
