I have seen many of us mention something we have shaving related that was passed on to us or given to us when a family member has passes. I dont think there is a thread like this so lets tell a quick story and include some pictures
Below is a picture of my Papa Roy, holding my oldest (Danika pronounced like Danica Patrick) who is now 6. Papa passed a few years ago. My mother gave me a shaving mug he used until the day before he passed and his nack razor. I use the mug everyday to soak my brush. Before my time Papa Ralph was not the best man from what I know of him. However he did make big changes many years ago. He passed as a well respected and loved man. He was also a Godly man who knew the Lord. He was of sound mind when he passed and spoke with his Pastor the day before he died. He knew it was time and was ready to go.
The old tech is from my wife's grandfather Papa Ralph. He was a wonderful man and taught me a lot. He spent most of his working life until into his 80s building houses and fixing up his Church. He lived to serve others and family. I only hope that some day I can be half the man he was.
Your turn, share a story
