Great Job!!Walked 2 miles, light weights and a pilates workout.
My usual workout seems similar, my walks are generally in the woods nearby. At 77 years old, not to bad , I think . Have worked out since 14 yrs. old. Tried most forms of exercise over the years. Ran , boxed , karate, weight training, gymnastics, yoga , body weight only routines , and wrestling. Curious what the ages of the other old fogies are ??Walked 2 miles, light weights and a pilates workout.
