Unacceptably Lasering Chicken Giblets?
I went for a 30 minute jog this morning. Just to loosen up and get out the kinks.
Getting ready for work. I will be shackled to a desk tonight for 8 hours.

116,000+ steps (48.5 miles) for the week.
 
Walked 2 miles, light weights and a pilates workout.
My usual workout seems similar, my walks are generally in the woods nearby. At 77 years old, not to bad , I think . Have worked out since 14 yrs. old. Tried most forms of exercise over the years. Ran , boxed , karate, weight training, gymnastics, yoga , body weight only routines , and wrestling. Curious what the ages of the other old fogies are ??
 
Magoo75, my life has paralleled close to yours. Started playing sports at 6 and not stopped.
-Weights, yoga ,pilates etc.Just turned 66 and trying to stay active. Have not retired yet.

55 years young
7 years or more til retirement.
That will give me 40 years.
I walk mostly and do pushups and sit-ups.
Slow jogs are great too.
If I actually kick up the pace I try to do no more than 2 or 3 miles.

Unacceptably Lasering Chicken Giblets?
2 mile walk and then some stretching and light weights, cooked and ate breakfast, shaved and showered, and now heading out the door for 14 hours of work.
6 hours is that dreaded overtime.
Y’all stay safe and keep up those old fogies workouts.
