Are you saying you won that lot? If so great score. I have seen toggles alone sell for more than that.

Same question. I considered bidding when I saw that toggle hidden in there, but I can't justify spending $100 for one just yet. I still think I'm going to find mine in an antique store for $15.

There was a pretty minty cased one that sold early this morning for about $200.

I wonder if the seller was shocked at what that lot brought? He/she obviously did not know what the toggle was or it would have been listed alone.

At that price that was an average of 13 dollars per razor. Black tip, super adjustable, two kronas, a good looking blue tip, looks like a millord as well (my id'ing isn't good yet) and a toggle. I thought itd fetch more. Even at 5 bucks a piece for the other 8 that's still a 70 dollar toggle. Sweet grab. Glad someone in the family got this. How about I buy the other 8 for 40 from you and you can tell your wife you only bought one?

I let the Mrs. read this thread just a bit... I appreciate the encouragement!

She has simmered down. I told her that her dad and grandpa are getting a flair tip. My brother is getting a milord and my dad.... he has a beard oh well..

So, in reality- I did pretty well Christmas shopping!! I will pick up a few CVS or Walgreens brush puck and bowl kits and a roll of wrapping paper!

If I could just convince her to use the Slim Twist I picked up for her last month, I know I could bring her from darkness to the light.

She was into smelling all the different creams and soaps, so I'm making headway!!

Actually, I picked up a -=cased=- toggle (including the vinyl travel case), with a fatboy and a red-tip (cased, though the case was beat up), in a lot with a bunch of electric razors for $123. Yeah, the wheat-to-chaff ratio wasn't that great, but if you're looking for a specific kernel of wheat, some of these lots can be really good.
