Newbie Blade Sampler PIF

PIF OVER. I'm continuing my blade PIFing tradition, which has become one of my trademarks (along with the Cow avatar and unsuccessful jokes).
This time I'm offering a blade sampler to TWO newbies that haven't tried a lot of blades yet.
In order to participate you have to have less than 100 posts and also write why in your opinion you should get the sampler or why you're interested in it.
Each of the two winners will get:

Gillette Stainless (red and white wrapper)
Gillette Silver Blue
Gillette Platinum
Polsilver Super Iridium
Rapira Stainless

It's extremely nice of you to offer this PIF. I'm an older guy (67) who returned to a safety razor after 40+ years. It's been.great for me. I've been back wet shaving about 2 months and have acquired a few razors and continue to experiment with various blades . Of the ones your offering the only one I've tried is the Polisilver. I'm waiting to really settle on the blades I like before buying any quantity. So far my favorites are the Astra and Personna Labs. I've been curious about the many Gillettes having only tried the 7 o'Oclock. Also looking to sample a Voskhod without buying a bunch. Thanks for putting this out there! It's a very welcoming gesture.

Hi, thanks for the PIF, I think the amount of them on this forum is amazing, can't believe so many strangers are so generous but I can say it's very encouraging.

Anyway... why I'm interested.

I'm in my early 30s and been wet shaving with carts and goo since I started. I had heard of DEs before but just this month as my last carts were running out and I couldn't bear to spend $30+ on another set of 8(!) I talked it over with my wife and purely economically we decided I should try it out. I'm on week 2 shaving with my 40s Super Speed and it's definitely fun. I hated shaving before so that's weird to say.

I started with Lord Super Stainless and the switch to an Astra SP was incredible. Much less tugging/pulling. I'm tempted to just buy a brick and be set for a year or two but I'm also constantly wondering how I can improve things and that is certainly going to show through in this journey.

The gent I bought my SS from was nice enough to sell me a few different blades to get me started so in that pack yet to get to I do have a pair of Rapiras and one single Gillette Silver Blue, but I've read I should always try more than one anyway to get a good representation of any particular blade.

So, I'm trying to experience as many blades as I can. I probably have enough now to just barely make it to Christmas assuming one per week and planned to ask my wife for a sampler to go in my stocking to keep trying them out.

So long story short, I'm a newb and want to try as many as I can as economically as I can (since that was the main motivation to begin with).

I'm constantly shaving him/her, but he/she keeps growing unsightly stubble.

Hey, just wanted to let you know I got the blades a couple days ago.

It was really neat getting an envelope from Israel. I'm pretty limited in my travels so just really neat for me to connect with someone half a world away.

I probably wont win. I would like to try different blades as I have only used the local grocery store brand. they have been decent for me and a good price. they have just stopped selling them. it sucks because I also shave my head as well. that takes a toll on my blades.

i dont mean any offense but have you read the whole thread?? the pif is over and the blades were already delivered.
