I purchased this brush from an aquatic(s) dealer and it says "Century U.S.A. Sterilized Pure Badger" on the top of the brush. I've been using it ever since I got it all cleaned up! I never used one before I got this one . . .

I'm sorry . . . I should have said that I was looking to get a bit of information or background on this brush.

I know that Century U.S.A. was one of many brush makers in the states and the older ones have very nice bakelite handles. Your brush looks to be like it's from the 1980's if I had to guess. Hope someone else will chime in a little later with more information for ya.
