Moisturizer with SPF

I'm looking for a moisturizer with SPF. I'd like something that is non greasy and has a light scent or is scentless. Also how much do you use when you apply it to your face?

Thanks

Neutrogena has two; one with a 20 SPF and one with a 30 SPF. Nivea also makes one with a 15 SPF or they used to; have not used it or looked for it recently. A little goes a long way for the Neutrogena products.

+1 The Oil Free Face Moisturizer from Neutrogena with SPF 30 is a great one for the money in my opinion. It has almost no scent and absorbs very well. The SPF 20 version has a little more scent, but still absorbs very well also. The SPF 15 version is an anti wrinkle cream with pro retinol and is also very good, but costs a little more than the other two.

Neutrogena Healthy Defense. They make one with Helioplex (chemical sunscreen) and one called PureScreen, which is physical sunscreen. I think the Helioplex is available in SPF 30, or 50. PureScreen is available at 50.

I used to use the Helioplex at 50. It's fragrance free.

Jack Black Double Duty face moisturizer with spf 20. Very light and non greasy, and makes your face feel incredibly soft and moisturized.

When do you typically apply? If I'm wearing an aftershave splash, should I apply the moisturizer after the splash?

I've been using the Trader Joe's facial moisturizer and it's fine (and inexpensive), but I could easily be talked into something better.

On recommendations from this forum I'm using Neutrogena Ultra-Sheer Dry Touch spf 30. It's not available in the UK but well worth importing it from the US. not greasy at all and virtually no fragrance.

I don't use an AS splash, I use ASB evry shave. I wait until my skin is dry from the ASB then apply the Neutrogena if I'm planning to be outdoors.

Neutrogena Triple Protect does an excellent job.

+1 - good performance, inexpensive, and readily available at many brick & mortar stores

Two other great moisturizers with SPF can be bought from The Body Shop - Maca Root Energetic Face Protector / Seaweed Mattifying Moisture Lotion. Definitely don't buy them at full price as they are fairly expensive. However, they always go on sale

I use Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer SPF15. I have sensitive skin that easily complains. This is nearly scentless and quickly disappears into my skin yet provides good protection and moisturizing. I've been a user for more than 15 years. A little (less than pencil eraser size blob) does the job. It may take more as I gain more "landscape" to cover as my hairline recedes. :001_huh: Available in most groceries, pharmacies and Wal/Tar stores. One bottle lasts a year or more at current usage rates.

This is extremely non-greasy and very effective. You get what you pay for :001_smile
