Merkur 34c vs Gillette Tech/Krona

My first and so far only is a Merkur 34c, but I'm looking for a birth year Gillette Tech (L4 would hit the spot). I'd love to try a Schick Krona as well. What can I expect with those two "mild" razors vs the 34C as far as ease of shave, more or less apt to cause to irritation, more or less forgiving of technique, etc?

I like the 34c well enough, just want to try something new. Considering a slant bar as well.

34 is a great razor. So is the Tech, but definitely milder. To me this means that one stroke with the 34 takes it down a bit closer. It also means that a little sloppy with the 34 means a bite or some burn whereas this is less likely with the Tech. Also, the heads feel a little different on the face.

Tech with a Weber SS handle might end up being my favorite razor, but there are some strong contenders.
