I like Friday or Saturday, so we can stay late and not worry about it being a school night. Friday's good for people coming right after work, but that might no be so easy for everyone.
I voted for Wednesday but anyday is okay with me.

Where and what is Rutt's Hut? I go to Jersey a few times a month, but will need a place to park a 70' truck.
Rutt's is in Clifton, on River Road, just off Route 21 South. They do have a big parking lot, just not sure if it can fit your rig off the top of my head.

Secaucus Junction 11:46 AM 32 minutes
NEC = Northeast Corridor
MNBN = Main/Bergen Line, Delawanna is on the Main Line.
From HOBOKEN:
11:25 AM - MNBN 11:46 AM 21 minutes
For the return trip, trains depart Delawanna Station at 54 minutes past the hour, every hour. Round trip fare, Hoboken to Delawanna is $6.50, $3.00 if you're a senior, $8.50 and $3.50 from New York's Penn Station. Tickets must be purchased before boarding, at a ticket machine or the conductor can charge you an extra $5 surcharge.
The Hoboken train station aka Lackawanna Terminal sits atop and east of the Hoboken PATH Station. PATH trains run direct to Hoboken on weekends along 6th Avenue at 33rd, 23rd, 14th, & 9th streets, and also at Christopher St.
PATH does not take cash. You must buy a Metrocard. If you have an unlimited ride Metrocard, it will not work on the PATH.

Ballgame is over when? Hartford is 2 hours from Rutt's.
