Med preps, screwed up?

So when I first got into this I did research and bought 100 Personna Medical prep blades off amazon.

They suck, for me that is. They drag, pull, pretty much just don't impress me. Compared to Iridiums, Astras, or 7 o'clock black and yellows they just don't seem sharp. I have concerns that they're messed up somehow, and I bought them over two months ago so a return would be a pain on amazon.

So I'd like some verification if they're good or bad and before trying to trade them for blades I haven't tried yet.

They get great reviews here. I have only tried the labs and loved it, so far. When you are here long enough to post on the B/S/T you can probably get most of your money back.

Downside is I seriously believe they may be flawed in some way, don't want to pass on garbage to someone else.

I'm thinking about PIFing a few to people that have regular experience with the med preps to see in my concerns legitimate or if its me.

They are my favorite blade in my Mergress. They absolutely suck in my Slim. Have you tried them in a different razor (assuming you have one)?

Oh yes, 23c, 12c, Flaretip, LC New, and slim. It gives an acceptable shave in the slim above 4, but I don't like requiring an aggressive razor for a decent shave. They really don't do noticeably better than the 5 pack in a dispenser.

I love them in my New Improved and Merkur 33c.

The 5 pack of what? Personnas? The Personnas in the dispenser are Lab blues, the exact same blade as the Med preps.
