Let’s Talk Mustard!!!

My dear wife makes the mustard we use. It is a blend of yellow and brown mustard seeds and kept fairly course. It has a nice bite to it and I love it. She says that mustard is very easy to make. She has made "yellow" mustard in the past which was very good as well. I did not know this but yellow mustard is actually a cooked mustard. However, these days I prefer her normal coarse mustard.
