Just tried a Kai blade

Feels like a very sharp blade compared to my usual Gillette Silver Blues. You have to be careful
with them. In my limited experience they shave slightly closer in my Karve Christopher Bradley
OC using the D base plate than the Silver Blues using the F plate does.

Kai’s are a wonderful blade, IMHO. Very sharp. They are also ever so slightly wider than most blades.

Kai blades are ‘top-tier’ for sure!! At least for me: sharp, smooth and long-lasting.

Kai blades are fantastic. I find them to be smooth, sharp and efficient in every razor I’ve tried with them, but not overly aggressive. I do tend to use pretty mild razors, though.
