Info wanted.

A friend of mine gave me this old open comb razor. I've tried to look around to see who the maker was to no avail. Thought it would be worth while to see if any of you gents would have any info on it.

The only marking on it is the word "Germany" in the lower right hand corner.

My thoughts too. If it were a Gillette, the handle would have a split by now!
