Info on a Tonal brush?

I picked up this little brush yesterday while in an antique shop. I can't find anything on the company though. The bottom of the brush says "Tonal" "Made in Italy." It is a little more than half the size of my VDH boar brush. Figured it would be a good travel brush. I would like to know what kind of hair it is.

Also, how should I go about cleaning it? Just use some shampoo?

Thanks for the help,

Eric

Thanks, that's what I was thinking but really didn't know or have one to compare to. I found a post on cleaning with dish soap and vinegar so I'll do that. Wish I could find some info on the company though.
