Identyfying vintage shaving set - brush and pII handle on a stand

Hi guys,
as I am the fan of searching for vintage shaving products - recently I have bought such set.


I know it's not DE set but still would like to identify it

What I know:
- it has no marking, nothing
- it is pretty heavy
- brush was totally dry - i have cleaned it, conditioned
- brush is giving lather really quickly (I am inexperienced but made very good lather much faster than using my normal brushes: Vulfix VS1 Synthethic or Omega 10098 Pro)
- handle is for Trac II/P II cartridges

Probably it's not possible to identify it but it's worth a try.
