I need help looking for a thread with a picture.

It was a picture of what looked like a comic book character whose hair, I think was blond and looked exactly like an extreme flattop brush.

I was telling my son about it as we began refurbing a brush and wanted him to see it. Since he is about 2,000 years younger than me, I thought sure he would know who I was talking about, but alas.
