I hate wearing a tie!

Agreed! I became a high school teacher as a second career (after 27 years as an engineer for a power company) and now wear a tie only on Sundays and on the first day of each semester. Other than the times I get to dress in my tuxedo, I don't wear a tie. Personally, I believe ties are an instrument of the devil.

After 30 years of fortune 500 crap I was able to say "take this job and shove it"; moved to Florida, got a boat, gave away thousands of dollars worth of suits and ties, but got bored within a year, so back to school for all those education courses I needed to get certified. Been teaching almost 8 years now, and still won't / don't wear a tie;
hell, I think putting socks on is dressing up

I use the flesh colored Clubman talc, and one of those barber dusters they have at Sally's. You put the powder in the handle, and when you push a button, it dispenses powder into the brush. You can also get a powder puff online here:
