Are you going to roast them as well? Over hear in Australia most of the coffee sold is instant coffee. I have been getting into grinding my own for pour over coffee. I just bought a really cheap one that my workplace was getting rid of. It just has one setting and it is up to you how long you want to grind them for. I love the smell of roasting beans and there is a coffee shop in town here that roasts his own and it is quite pleasurable walking past the shop when he roasts his beans. I have not got that far in my coffee journey yet. Still just enjoying a pour over and I have only just started drinking it black. I have a long way to go.
