I give the barber 10 Euro for an 8 Euro haircut. He is doing a great job and I think he deserves it. Once I found a good barber, I will have my hair cut there exclusivly for a long time.

I'm with you on this one. I was beginning to think I was cheap, but 20% is a fair tip. If my barber thinks he is worth more than that he is certainly welcome to raise his rates.
