I'm about ready to pull the trigger on some Nancyboy, but first I was wondering how long does the tub last? It seems like it wouldn't last too long, making it not really any more price competitive to creams like Castle Forbes.
I load my brushes pretty liberally, and a 2oz travel tub lasts me about 7 days. The regular tub is 6 oz, so it would last me about 21 shaves. You could probably stretch that to 5-6 weeks if you were thrifty with it.
wow, this sounds like a very expensive cream to use then. Perhaps Castle Forbes would actually be the more economical choice?
Perhaps, but economics are not the only factor for me in choosing a cream. The ingredients in Nancy Boy leave my skin feeling more healthy than just about any cream I've used. That's extremely important to me, since many of the English creams like T&H leave my skin feeling dry and tight. I also really like supporting a small American company like Nancy Boy, where I've received a personal thank-you email from one of the company founders after placing an order. In addition, they are very generous with freebies and have always sent something extra with my orders.
Don't forget the permanent 15% discount for joining their email club. That means a 6 oz tub costs $15.30, which is less than half the price of Castle Forbes. All factors considered, I feel like Nancy Boy is a pretty good deal for me.

I suppose I can order 1 tub to see whats all the fuss about
I will add my statement that I drop in every NB thread...order their laundry detergent! I really like their cream and ASB, but the laundry detergent may be their best product. It will change the way you look at laundry detergent!
I can also recommend their Replenishing After-Shave Gel, which is the best for my face of anything I've used.

How have you found the consistency of the Replenishing Gel? It's really tacky on my skin whereas the Cooling I think is great.
