How many different countries are represented by your shaving gear and products? I was able to identify sixteen in my den.

Last week I was pondering this.

I have blades made in the USA, Germany, Egypt, South Korea, Israel, Russia, India, Bangladesh, and Turkey. I used up the ones from Japan and Pakistan months ago.

My badger brush was made in the UK; the boar brush is Italian.

My J4 SS is US-made; the two Merkurs are German. From Pakistan came my Treet Delrin and the Weishi is from the PRC. Japan was where my first razor came from and I love it still.

What colognes, aftershaves, and other post-scrape anointment I daub on the carcass are all from the States. Likewise, the soap pucks I own. Lastly, I have tubes of shave creams from India. These are really pleasing to me though I may have bought too many, I fear. I'll have to give some to the gorilla who lives in the room next to mine.
