I was surfing razors on E-bay as I have been toying with the idea of trying to find a nice little Gillette and its just fun surfing various shave stuff when your a newbie.

I saw this and was shocked....TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS for shave gear and there is not even a single mention of the items...anyway, thought I would share my draw dropper.

It's possible he might have 100 vintage razors for which he'd get $125 apiece. The ad doesn't give enough information, although he does offer to send a CD with pictures of all of them (hasn't heard of photobucket or flickr?).

If that's the case, he's only hurting himself by trying to sell it off in one bunch. Or it could be a scam, but it doesn't seem like a tempting one. It's eBay, who knows?

Assuming this guy is legit, you would think he would be an expert in what he has, and would at least list what razors are included in the lot, instead of just posting photos.

He has totally failed at Marketing 101.
