I got sniped - thought my high bid was stratospheric. Guess not.

I wanted that stuff BAD.

I suggested to Jon at the time that this stuff was probably a high-tone Euro Men's Store brand, like Brooks Brothers or Max Factor in the States.

If that is true, then it must have had some special resonance with people who knew the brand or shopped in the store back in the day, explaining the strangely high price.

And we all know--it is probably going to be glorious.
