Handles. Long vs. Short?

Hi guys, I'm a newbie who's upgraded from my initial trial of a Wilkinson Sword Classic to a Gillette Tech (made in England, with the aluminium handle, think it's the Sportsman) I love the change and the head feels great, perfect size. However, the handle feels a bit short, it's 7cm (approx. 2.75"). I know that part of this is being used to cartridge systems but wonder if it's possible to change the handle? Are Gillette handles standardised? My hands aren't overly large and I'm fairly dextrous so is it more technique and just getting used to it? Thanks, Peter

All Gillette 3 piece razors use the #10-32 thread and are interchangeable.

Thanks for the info. Shaved again tonight and it's feeling less unusual so I'll keep using handle as it is...for now...RAD might make me put a custom handle on my wishlist!
