Belated kudos to Grooming Lounge.
I bought a Parker Variant adjustable over a year ago. I started using it just early this year. I like to try multiple different razors like most. After only short period of use, there was corrosion inside on the threads.
I tried to contact Parker through their website. Basically no way to contact anyone. I contacted Grooming Lounge since Parker recommended point of sale for any concerns. I just wanted a way to contact Parker to express my displeasure on their quality (although I think it is a decent shaver).
I was surprised when John emailed me directly and offered to send me a brand new Variant. Very nice customer service above what I would have anticipated.
