There's now a video that matches the article. Bit of a teaser, but the essential concepts are there for the curious or oblivious, done in a 1950s black-and-white "educational film" style. Very entertaining and worth four minutes. If I put this on my smartphone, I might evangelize more often.

And I, too, started my journey into wet shaving by reading that The Art of Manliness article and the one about restoring vintage razors. Brett McKay has done this community more than one favor.
