This is my first time using an open comb that has a blade gap above the comb, versus my Old Types and an 11C. Considering this is a freebie depression era razor, I decided to give it a modern recession twist
. Williams soap, boar brush, US Personna, AV splash.
First shave impression: For a freebie razor made from scrap parts it performs exceptionally well! Has a nice aggressive twist compared to an Old. Finished with a near BBS; Near only due to me being cautious with a new rig (Williams doesn't help either
