I guess the little mark is not rust, but leftover logo. It doesn't really affect performance, but I want to remove the mark someday. How can I remove the remnant? Shall I need #0000 steel wool?
Yes Steel wool would be good.
I'd recommend using Williams soap to remove imperfections. That's about all it good for.

It's ok. After erasing the little leftover with acetone or steel wool, it will be excellent. I'm not interested in resale. I'm interested in using it.
I use the wife's nail polish remover works as good as acetone if not cheaper.....

I think many nail polish removers contain acetone for efficacy.
yep it does mate but that's what I use to remove the gold dollar logo.
