Godrej and Polmolive shave creams/soaps?

I have friend of mine trying to locate Godrej and Indian Polmolive shave cream/soaps in the Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond, Washington area. He went to an Indian store in Redmond,Wa. and only found they carried Detol and AXE (spelling?) tube shave creams ( no soaps!). I had not heard of those brands. The store wanted $2.39 for the Detol and $3.59 for the AXE. Are they any good. I have some Godrej Deluxe shave cream and it is very good.

Anyone know where to buy it? Thanks for your help. Doug Rosso

I tried Detol and it is good stuff.

Godrej Deluxe which I use is better IMHO because it has lanolin.

Of course YMMV.

India is pretty much cream only. The only soap they make is the Godrej shaving round I beleive.

I only know of online sources. I think Shaveabuck.com has both, and Joe is a really nice guy to deal with.

By the way, I think Axe is the same brand as those gaudy smelling body sprays.
