Georgetown pottery - G20 Scuttle

Hi all,

First time poster, long time DE user.

Just recently logged a purchase with Georgetown pottery and haven't heard a peep from them despite emailing them twice using their website email address.

Just wanted to know whether this is normal? I ordered my G20 3 days ago and sent two emails and had no response.

Could be on vacation, it's a small business, like most that operate here. They have a solid rep, I would not worry too much yet.

No worries. I've ordered two G20's from them. One took several weeks to arrive (made after I ordered), the other came in a few days(in stock.) They're a good company.

Call 'em up. It's vacation season up in Maine, so I expect that they're swamped on the retail store side of things. Not an excuse, of course, but just my best guess at what's happening. The good news is that when you call they'll likely help you get the best specimen. I've found them to be outstanding by phone and in person, but not so great by email.

Hey all! Guess I'm lucky =) Just got an email from Lori.

He wanted to make sure he had enough opal ones in the kiln before he replied to me. Long story short they have shipped it today!

Pretty good turn around in 3 days!

Looking forward to some warm lather, apparently 'people go to war to decide who gets to use the warm lather?' laughs
