I’d read some favorable reviews and impressions on Georgetown Pottery’s scuttles.
The images on the site looked beautiful and the descriptions told me they know their stuff.
I decided to go with the midsize G12. As per instructions on the site; I called first to inquire about availability. They were sold out of the ones I was most interested in. So I ordered a second. Blue Oribe and Purple.
My first bowl scuttle (I love my Dirty Bird brush scuttle). I’ve used it three times, now, and am very happy with it.
Lathers up really quick and retains the heat nicely. Looks cool, too.
This was the lather after 15 seconds. TOBS Grapefruit. Very nice shaving experience:
I just finished the TOBS and am looking forward to using cold water in the scuttle for some Mama Bear’s Grapefruit Ice that I just opened up. Adapting to the warmer weather.
