I‘m not sure Mike. When I started working my job in the Steel Mills 1969. Dave an old dude laughed with glee telling me how he was paying off his 6% home mortgage. He guaranteed me that mortgage rates of which mine was around 19% was the new normal. My last variable mortgage in 2006 bounced around 3>4%. Dave was long gone. Never say Never.We'll never see that again.
Reaching the point where electrics start to overtake the Internal combustion engine. Gasoline pricing at that point will start to decrease. Who knows what the drop will be, but it will be a drop.
