A custom restored Lauterjung's for a member here.
The razor is 8/8 massive hollow ground with very minimal hone wear. Unfortunately pitting close to the edge did not allow to clean up completely on greaseless compounds. I removed as much metal as possible without jeopardizing the edge, then moved on to buffing compounds.
Scales are Honey Ox horn copy of the originals, pinned with nickel silver and stainless washers. The wedge is gabon ebony.
