THIS is an odd one I acquired and wore tonight.
A French military Greatcoat of who knows how old.
A friend of my dad's offered it to me and said he was gonna throw it away if I didn't want it. He got it from a woman whose dad , a WWII vet owned it.
I do not know if it is WWII vintage or early postwar but it is very warm and made of wool and looks nice with a flat cap
Markings inside are "S.O.C. Orleans" "42" and near the one of the inner pockets some faded words and "Armee".
