First Uber Lather with Williams soap and Bigelow/Aos cream w/ lots ofpics

I wanted to try uberlather and see if it was worth it. Where I live I am limited to what i can buy at a store. After searching I found Williams soap. I currently have AoS Sandalwoold and C.O. Bigelow creams. Williams would not be my first choice for a soap to use, but beggars can't be choosers right.

List of things used:
Merkur Long Classic
Minora(Brazilian made) Blade
Generic Drug Store Glycerin
C.O. Bigelow Cream
Art of Shaving Sandalwood Cream
Williams Mug Soap
eShave Badger hair brush

Here are the pics for the Bigelow cream. This was the best combo of the two. I heard the blade cutting but did not even feel it. This provide superior cushion, slickest, closest shave. The lather did not look as good as the AoS lather, but performed way above it. $DSC_0464.jpg$DSC_0465.jpg$DSC_0467.jpg$DSC_0468.jpg$DSC_0469.jpg

This one Lathered up very well and I thought would out perform the Bigelow mix. It went on nice and smooth, but I felt a trace of the blade when I shaved with it. It still performed wonderfully. My wife(who was the photographer) felt both sides and said the Bigelow side she couldnt feel any thing, and the AoS side just a little roughness. Both sides were shaved WTG,XTG,ATG. $DSC_0474.jpg$DSC_0475.jpg$DSC_0477.jpg$DSC_0478.jpg$DSC_0479.jpg

I am waiting on some proraso red soap to come at the end of the month when the In-Laws fly in. Williams was all I could find and for a total of $14 (Bigelow/Williams/Glycerine) you can get a better shave with a few extra steps, than the $25 dollar jar of the AoS cream.
