Got my Merkur HD in the mail today and just had my first shave and it was great blew my Mach 3 out of the water

i really like my HD. as you gain more control with it, you'll like it even more. best of all, how many things cost under $30, are built like a tank and can conceivably last you the rest of your life?

Ah, yes...the HD. The HD was my first DE as well - great razor. Of course, you understand that after a few weeks of enjoying progressively better shaves and reading the different razor reviews on the forum that RAD (not to mention other ADs) will set in, right? And you know it is futile to resist - can't be done! Well, maybe if someone really tried, but who would do that? Enjoy the shaves and joy of DE shaving.
