And since I don't want to take up another thread let me add this fabulous Aristocrat jr that I received today to the mix. A kind B&B member agreed to sell his to me for a very reasonable offer. Just shaved with it. Amazing results doing a two pass shave. Normally I don't shave today as it's my Friday to let my face rest but was to excited. Anyway this is the opposite results I had with the 40's SS. This Brit was a very smooth shaver.

The Aristo Jr. is one of the best CC razors around. It's almost benign but so effective because but so smooth, but it works. It's got some nice heft to it and the original plating on those are pretty hardy.

The only thing I could think of that may be better now is gold plating, Vintage Gillette gold is not very good at all.

Yeah, that's not going to work either. There in the prenup section 438902 sub paragraphs 438902A section A17 says" You will never have me sleep in a dutch oven and all my money is mine and whatever is yours is mine".
She had a better lawyer.
