I have not used anything but my FSOC since it came. All my other slants are just collecting dust.

Third day in using the Retro handle on a LoStorto head. The shave was good, but I'm missing my LoStorto handle. Things will be back to normal on Monday. Yes, the LoStorto handle with the twist is the bomb. It's like everything else about the LoStorto. It being the whole package. I don't want to use anything else.
Just for reference I just received my Omega Jade boar brush from Connaught in 16 days to Detroit metro. I am also waiting for a FOCS from Connaught that was shipped on 6/19.Thanks for the encouragement, everybody! Connaught shipped it, today. Can't wait!
Thanks for the advice, Jim. I'm a steep angle shaver, so the FOCS should be right up my alley!
OK, I've browsed this thread enough and feel like ordering a slant. For people who have used the closed comb slant (Gentile), I haven't seen nearly as much as the open comb slant - what do people think of the closed comb slant (efficiency, friendliness) compared to the Gentile closed comb, and how is the handle compared the straight Grande handle?
CC is great, but OC is much better.
Happy shaves,
Jim
Shimming my Spiral Curve worked out well so I decided to try a shim in the Fatip, BIC second use. Yup I'm gonna keep the shim .
Suggested fix: I have not used anything but my FSOC since it came. All my otherslantsrazors are just collecting dust.
I wrote it correctly as slants are all I have now. My only 2 straight bars have been passed to my son. If he doesn’t like them then they will go to new homes.

Howdy, Brian!
How cool is that?
