Came across this beautiful D3 1958 Fatboy Executive in my local vintage store today. Snapped it up for $30 and it cleaned up very, very well. Looks like it was barely used. The paint in the numbers is all there and not gummed up with old muck and the mechanism is tight and smooth. Even the dial clicks like it was new. I've been using a 1960 Fatboy for a little over a year now and I've never shaved better. Glad to be adding this little goldie to my routine. I never see Fatboys 'in the wild,' and this one was priced right and clean. He had another Fatboy for sale, but it looked like it had been buried in the ground for a few years, so I didn't even bother looking at that one. Lucky, I guess!
