Ever Seen an R-R date code? Short Handled Black Beauty

I was looking over my razors, thinning them out, and noticed that this Black Beauty does not have a quarter number in it's date code. I've never seen this before. Did Gillette make a mistake?

Well, what to do with it? I already have two other ones, one of which is by birth quarter, so I was planning to sell the thing. Now, it's kinda unique. I think I'll keep it a while.
