I think I may have found my shave: Edwin Jagger DE89LBL + Astra SP blade + Parker Pure Badger + AoS Unscended creme = best shave evah! However the handle of the DE89LBL is too slick and is hard to control. What can I do to improve the "grippiness" of the handle?

Dry your hands....
I place towels around my sink and I always keep both hands dry so that I don't drop a brush or razor.
As an alternative you can rub your fingers on an alum block to get some traction out of wet hands.
