Derazorblades.com heads up

Made an online purchase from derazorblades.com about 3 weeks ago. Got a quick acknowledgement of order but nothing since.

They have not returned my calls or answered emails.

VISA told me they also run Details.com and I note that the 800 number for details.com is not in service.

Anyone have any dealings with them?
have they gone bellyup? Both web sites are clearly being maintained and are active.
 
I hope you get the issue resolved to your liking soon enough. You'll always have CC protections but your goods are already almost a month behind and you'll have to wait and order from another. It's very frustrating and why our means of communicating customer service issues and praise is so important in our digital age. Please keep us posted.
