Debating between two bath soaps

I'm looking for a good bath soap, after much reading I'm trying to decide between Dr. Bronner and Every Man Jack.

It needs to be economicly sound as I am currently unemployed. For those you like the Dr. Bronner liquid I've gathered that it needs to be diluted. How much do you dilute it and how long does a bottle last for (please also give size of bottle).

For Every Man Jack how long will the body wash last for? Same for the bar version.

Thanks for any input

Careful of Dr. Bronner Peppermint - stuff stings! Almond is great though. I use it straight. Some stores will sell it in bulk (here in Vancouver), for cheaper (about $6/bottle). Don't know about Every Man Jack...

Yes! A thread about Dr. Bronners!

I'm going to have to say Dr. Bronner's all the way. I use the stuff for my hair, face and body, and I have replaced around ~5 bottles in my shower for Dr. Bronners. I don't dilute it, as I squirt a bit into my shower puff and the water on my body dilutes it. You have to be careful though, as it might be a little drying on your face. I squirt two drops onto my hands, rub it together, dilute it a bit then wash my face. That is only flaw with Dr. Bronner's I've found. Oh and you can't really shave with it, unless you put it into a foamer, which can be used for shaving foam and soap. Due to the amount of oils in it, the foam disappears quickly, so I don't know if you can shave with it, but it's worth a try.

I love Dr. Bronners!

You may want to give Aleppo soap a try. I saw someone on eBay selling it for $16 for 4 pounds. It can be used both on skin and hair.

Neither get yourself some Yardleys and be done. It sells for $1.00 at Dollar Tree and sometimes you find it at Big Lots for 70 cents.
