Deal of the week??

I picked up all this in one box at an estate sale for $0.50. That's right, 50 cents. nobody else was interested in them!
The Blue Blades are still sealed in cellophane, and the razors are all in good shape. The picture is kinda hard to see, so there's a cased gold tech, Schick injector, 1953 Super Speed, 1961 Fatboy, 1963 Super Speed and 2 black handled Super Speeds.

An Estate Sale is a sale held to dispose of the stuff that used to belong to a person who has died if the family doesn't want the stuff or there is no family.

Hiya,

I was typing to a friend in Germany about estate sales the other day, and I was telling him the US must seem like Gillette heaven when it comes to finding deals such as the one Bigfish nabbed. Antique stores and garage sales can also yield some good results, but estate sales are the best. Most times the people selling the items are surprised at ANY interest in old shaving crap........

I've picked up fatboys, Aristocrats, and other types for $1-2 dollars at the most, and the people were glad to get rid of that junk.......heh.
