Darn you Simpson

Obviously YMMV but these:

make me want to hurl! How could you put manchurian badger in something so gawdy! No style or class.

Stick with the traditional Simpson!

Disgusting.

Clearly Simpsons is now aiming to target a different social circle than they used to.
A sign of desperate times , obviously.

I had to get off that page as I was flinching at the M7 2 band butterscotch. Nice looking brush.

The vein jade reminds me a little of my omega mix midget (different colour and shape, of course..)

Thats a strange comment. I get why the rod stock doesn't appeal to everyone, but these still are Manchuran, still very highly priced, and theyve done "gaudy" designs before.

Not to mention that these look almost exactly like the crazy Rooney stock that occasionally comes out and no one ever accuses Rooney at targeting of any "social circle."

Personally they seem very British; a nice traditional piece of kit that's decked out in loud and eye-catching style.

To each their own. I think that the imitation ivory and butterscotch are the only variants that look stellar. The new batch of material would never make it into my stable.

People have tastes. I find them (color combinations) disgusting. Why are you upset? Must I share your opinion? lol

A different social circle isn't wrong. I never implied that. But it is a fact. By introducing these color patterns, it's clear as daylight that Simpsons is targeting a different social circle. Definitely different than the faux ivory and butterscotch folk.

Had i seen the Rooney ones you mentioned, I would've said the same. This style doesn't appeal to me.
