Counterfeit Red Pack Israeli? New packaging?

I'm looking at these blades on eBay right now, but I'm not sure what to think. His description claims that they're "2008-2009 Stock".

So.... authentic with new packaging? Counterfeit? Does anyone have experience with spanking new manufactured blades, new packaging, or this seller? I might have a go at them and see what's up, but I'd like to hear some opinions. Thanks!

And I'm pretty sure that this is the new packaging for the red pack.

BIN are okay to list, that is the new packaging, and that person is a member here at B&B

Those are not counterfeit, just newer packaging. I hear that there's no change in blade quality.

Just the new packaging. Same blade. I have done business with him (same blades in fact) and he is a stand up guy.

In addition to the above, I have bought blades from Dark's blade ( his ebay store). (even tho they were dorco, we won't go there). He's good
