Congrats, your coticules collection is impressive and the display cabinet simply amazing. Nice catch.
Who knows if one day I can have one too.
Thank you. I would love to see a group shot of all your coticules.
Awesome stone porn. Make my collection look like a few pebbles
Thanks, Tim. The scary thing is that’s just a small part of the collection. Over the past 6 years things have got a bit out of hand.

Can’t remember if I’ve shared mine of not. Doesn’t have any of the fancy marks or veins, but a nice stone overall.

Wow, just spectacular, would love to know the story behind the boxed Latneuses on the lower shelf!
I don't know the full story behind them, but I believe back around 2009-2010 Ardennes did a special run of stones called the Burton Series, all of which were spectacular stones and came with their own label. This one is number 0001 of the Burton Series, and I believe number 054 in the coticule vault. @gary haywood was the original owner and could probably tell you more about it.

Thank you! My humble collection (left to right): La Veinette (top), La Grise (bottom), La Nouvelle Veine (all three from Ardennes), Les Latneuses and three unidentifield (all four from flea markets).

Beautiful stones! You’re lucky to be able to find stones like that ag a flea market!

How do you like that LNV?

That is simply amazing.

Yes in away I wished I had kept that I sold it to jimmy at Srp only reason being I came across a really nice LV which still have .

The hybrid side was just so easy to use and produce some of the keenest smooth edges ever, it was the best hybrid I have used the other side was lightning fast with slurry but not so easy to reach the keenest of edges having said that I hardly used it .

One of coticule that was for looks especially it also great results.
