clubman shave cream question

hey guys--
saw an item on the internet that sally beauty supply was clearing out their clubman shave cream. got one close to the house so i ran down and got the last 2 tubes for 3.50 apiece. have never used it, but read good things about it compared to proraso etc. i does'nt say anything on the tube about using a brush to apply though. anyone have any experience with the stuff?

I use the clubman luxury shave with a brush. Works just fine. I also use proraso cream. Both are good.
