Classic Shaving customer service

I purchased a tub of lavender cream 99% from a gent on SMF. First use it burnt like heck. I e-mailed and explained the problem to Classic Shaving. Their response was that they would send a new unscented tub the next day. Great customer service to a guy that wasn't the original customer. Obviously, they will get an order when I need some more supplies. Thanks Classic Shaving, Bradley
